WorkBento puts HR, payroll and everyday workplace tools in one self-hosted app. People data, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, projects and documents share one database, so reports and approvals stay consistent across the company.

An assistant that respects permissions

Managers and HR staff can ask questions such as "Summarize last month's payroll by department" or "Who on my team is on leave next week?" and get an answer with a table. The assistant only sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see: queries run through a guarded, read-only layer that is scoped by role and tenant. You bring your own OpenRouter key and pick the model.
